What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay Installments is also available — split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split orders into 4 interest-free payments. Available automatically at checkout for eligible orders. For large clinical or professional purchases over $1,000, contact us directly at (612) 360-2490 for options.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@yourhealthsanctuary.com or (612) 360-2490. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you price match?

We don't offer a formal price-match guarantee, but we want your business. Contact us and we'll do our best to work with you — especially on larger purchases.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard delivery takes an additional 5–7 business days. In total, expect your order in 6–9 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST begin processing the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. No hidden fees. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're actively working to expand — check back for updates or contact us to be notified when your country becomes available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@yourhealthsanctuary.com.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at support@yourhealthsanctuary.com or (612) 360-2490 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll resolve it immediately — replacement or full refund, no hassle.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

How do I start a return?

Email support@yourhealthsanctuary.com or call (612) 360-2490 with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my product is defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Defective items receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — we cover return shipping for defective products.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Items marked as final sale, opened consumables, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes. Every product sold at Your Health Sanctuary carries the full manufacturer warranty. Key warranties: Theragun (Therabody) — 1 year limited warranty. Hyperice Normatec — 1 year limited warranty. Game Ready — 1 year limited warranty. HealthLight — 1 year. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly — we can provide contact information for any brand we carry.

How do I know which recovery device is right for me?

Can I buy multiple products and get a discount?

Yes — for orders over $1,000 or multi-device purchases, contact us directly at (612) 360-2490 for bundle pricing. We want to build complete recovery setups for our customers and will work with you on price for larger orders.

Are your products the same as what professional sports teams use?

Yes. Theragun, Normatec, Game Ready, and BIOFLEX are all used by NFL, NBA, MLB, and Olympic teams. We source directly from these brands and sell the same professional-grade equipment that was previously only available to clinics and sports organizations.
